Summary of Terms

Opt In: The Service allows Users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Service, such as through online or application-based enrolment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method you utilized to join the Service, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Service.

Opt Out: If you do not wish to continue participating in the Service or no longer agree to this Agreement, you agree to reply “STOP” to any mobile message from Us in order to opt out of the Service. You may also delete your account from the customer dashboard via the website coffeetext.ca or its sub-domains. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out.

Ordering: You will receive product offers whilst a participant in the Service. You may choose to accept the offer and purchase the product. This intent to purchase the product is communicated by Coffee Text’s receipt of an affirmative SMS as prescribed by the offer. Your order will be processed as per the Service's terms and will incur a charge as per the offer.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed. If you have a question about your order, please email hello@coffeetext.ca

Order Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product, we may be unable to accept return unless the product is unsafe for consumption. If you’d like to request a return or refund please email hello@coffeetext.ca. CoffeeText.ca must be notified within 7 days from date of delivery.

Payments

Purchases through our system are processed by a third party which is authorized us or our payment partner to charge your payment method (plus applicable taxes and other charges). You are solely responsible to ensure all pyaments are made in a timely manner and for supplying a valid payment method. Personal information like name, address and credit card information are required to setup your payment. You are subject to our payment partners terms and conditions.

Errors

Our site may contain errors or inaccuracies. Please note that such errors may relate to product information, pricing and availability. In these instances, we shall have the right to terminate any orders involving pricing errors or inaccuracies. We apologize for any inconveniences. We reserve the right to update any information we see fit at any time without prior notice.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Coffee Text (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, as well as losses, expenses, damages and costs, resulting from any violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or any activity related to your Account (including negligent or wrongful conduct).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
